Hanare is the last of the seven coordinations in shichidoseven coordinations.
Hanare is the release. The movement results in the tsurubow string being released from the kakeglove hand and the right arm extending behind you.
Hanare includes zanshin and the return to yumidaoshiyumi down; ends shichido as the last movement in hanare and is a prelude to shichido.
Zanshin is a moment of reflection after the shot, "lingering body and mind" or "the continuation of the shot." You remain in the position reached after hanareseventh and final coordination in shichido while returning from the state of concentration associated with the shot.
Yumidaoshi is the lowering of the yumibow.

After Kai, when the moment of release has ripened, the kake hand cuts outward like a sword, pivoting on the elbow. The eyes follow the yaarrow to the target.
Zanshin, the lingering mind and body, is the reflection on the path of the ya. Allow yourself to rest in this space.
